thinking partner, coach, listener

It’s the most human thing in the world to want to talk about the problems you’re experiencing. To have someone who will listen and understand what you’re going through and be able to see why it’s difficult for you.

To care about what you want and not load judgement or more pressure onto you.

It’s the most human thing in the world to want to do better, to grow and to feel achievement.

I’ve spent decades helping people through difficult patches in their lives. I have a deep wealth of experience in meditation, mindfulness techniques, Buddhist principles and coaching. But the reason I believe people continue to come to see me is that I listen deeply and I understand deeply.

I don’t judge, instead I apply compassion and wisdom. You talk, I listen and together we will work it out.

You’ll learn techniques that will not only help you in this current moment, but that will be reliable for you to lean on anytime you need them.

Some key things I can help you with:
- turning difficult mind states into effective mindsets,
- clarifying what you want, and
- applying practical strategies that lead to the change you want

If you’re ready to start moving forward, the next step is to reach out for a chat. I’ll listen, get clear on what’s happening for you, and what’s important to you. Together, we’ll create a sound plan so you get the results you’re looking for.
